Role: Software Quality Assurance Tester

Your Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to multiple phases of projects, taking ownership of specific test areas and ensuring thorough evaluation of results.
  • Review and analyze quality assurance plans, data, procedures, and scripts to identify potential issues.
  • Develop comprehensive test cases independently and actively participate in evaluations.
  • Investigate and document any test-related issues, assess risks, and define regression tests to ensure software stability.
  • Maintain clear traceability records linking test cases back to original requirements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Your Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is essential.
  • Possession of the ISTQB Foundation certification is required.
  • Additional certifications in Quality Assurance are highly desirable.

  • Demonstrate excellent client-facing communication skills and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Exhibit effective people management and teamwork abilities, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Possess a strong self-management style and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.

Your Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software quality assurance/testing is required.
  • Proven experience in API Testing and test automation scripting is essential.
  • Technical proficiency in SQL, UNIX, and Agile methodologies is highly valued.
  • Experience with non-functional testing is a significant advantage.
