Job Summary
As a Children's Registered Nurse with Sciensus Pharma Services Limited, you will be delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes. This role requires a strong understanding of therapies and drugs relevant to our service offering, including NHS knowledge relating to the management of patients with treated conditions.
Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering effective and high-quality nursing care to patients in a home environment, facilitating early supported transfer from hospital or preventing unnecessary admissions. This will involve conducting accurate holistic assessments of patients' needs, safely administering a range of therapeutic interventions, and assisting patients with their activities of daily living.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of therapies and drugs relevant to our service offering, including NHS knowledge relating to the management of patients with treated conditions. You will also need to have strong communication skills, including actively listening, communicating sensitively, and putting people at ease. Additionally, you will need to be adaptable to change and flexible enough to cope with changing service demands.
