We are recruiting for a skilled Rough Sleeping Support Worker to join our team in Chester. In this vital role, you will work closely with customers who are exiting homelessness, providing tailored support and guidance to help them achieve stability and independence.

The position requires a high level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. You will also need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think critically and respond appropriately to complex situations.

Key aspects of this role include:
  • Conducting risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Providing crisis management support and responding to emergencies as needed


In exchange for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive hourly rate (£18-22 per hour) and flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle. We also offer ongoing training and professional development opportunities, helping you to grow and succeed in your career. Salary estimate: £18,000 - £23,000 per annum (pro rata), based on 20-30 hours per week.
