About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hepatologist to join our team as a Locum Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical care to patients with liver and gastrointestinal disorders
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of educational programs for medical students and junior doctors
  • Engage in clinical research and audit to improve patient outcomes and services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Full GMC Registration with a licence to practise
  • MRCP or equivalent
  • Broad training and experience in Gastroenterology and General Medicine
  • JAG accreditation or equivalent in diagnostic upper and lower GI endoscopy
  • 12 month Hepatology ATP post (with minimum 3 month experience in a liver transplant centre)
