We are looking for an Instrumentation and Automation Expert to join our team at AWE Plc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 12 direct reports and managing apprentices, including line management, performance management, and development needs assessment.

The role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs in control and instrumentation for apprentices, as well as maintaining course files, syllabi, and schemes of work. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in an engineering environment and possess good presentation, communication, and influencing skills.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £45,250 and £46,000 per annum, depending on experience.
