As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering quality care to residents, following agreed Care Plans, and contributing to the efficient running of the care home. You will also have opportunities for career progression into senior and management roles.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, following agreed Care Plans and contributing to the efficient running of the care home.
  • Support residents in maintaining a good quality of life, promoting independence, and achieving their potential.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team, undertaking tasks delegated efficiently and effectively.
  • Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of adults under your care or supervision.
