Job Title: Creative/Artistic Youth Worker

Protocol Education is seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Creative/Artistic Youth Worker. This role is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated professional to make a positive impact on the lives of students with complex needs.

About the Role:

  • Work 1:1 with pupils and support within the classroom
  • Utilize creative background in Arts, sensory, therapy, or drama to support SEND pupils
  • Engage, promote confidence, distract, and positively influence meaningful, fun, and supportive learning and progress

About the School:

The school focuses on a holistic approach to learning and uses sensory and therapy strategies in their daily timetable to combine an individualized curriculum and calm and purposeful environment.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Believes that every student, regardless of their background or need, can make outstanding progress
  • Is rigorous, relentless, determined, creative, and inspirational in their style and presence as a leader
  • Utilizes a variety of teaching methods to present engaging, thoughtful lessons and CPD sessions
  • Caring and has the drive and passion to continue to develop strong relationships and the well-being with staff, students, parents, governors, professionals, and the local community
