Job Title: Social and Emotional Youth Worker

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Social and Emotional Youth Worker to join our team in a thriving special needs school based in Walsall.

The school caters to students with ASD, SEMH, and complex learning disabilities, providing a supportive environment that fosters self-esteem, personal growth, and a love for learning.

We are looking for a candidate who:

As a Social and Emotional Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with additional needs, adapting to their individual requirements, and promoting a positive and inclusive school environment.
