Job Title: CQC Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated CQC Registered Manager to join our team at Compass Associates. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our adult residential service, supporting individuals with complex autism and learning disabilities.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage the residential service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to service users.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service delivery and user outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Director and Quality Team to ensure compliance with CQC guidelines and policies.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated staff team.
  • Work closely with the Operations Director to ensure the service users receive the best care and support.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager in a residential setting.
  • Deep knowledge of health and social care, particularly in relation to complex autism.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Essential).
  • Extensive knowledge of CQC guidelines and policies.

The interview process involves an initial interview with the Operations Director and Director of Quality, followed by a second interview with the Managing Director and Operations Director.
