Job Title: CQC Registered Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Manager to lead our brand-new adult residential service supporting individuals with complex autism and learning disabilities. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, managing the staff team, and collaborating with our quality team to ensure the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the residential service for adults with complex learning disabilities and autism
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of service users
  • Manage and motivate the staff team to deliver high-quality care
  • Collaborate with the quality team to ensure compliance with CQC guidelines and policies
  • Oversee the efficient delivery and development of the service

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager
  • Service-specific qualification, such as Autism
  • Experience working in residential and/or supported-living settings
  • Extensive knowledge of CQC guidelines and policies

Interview Process: Initial interview with the Operations Director and Director of Quality, followed by a second interview with the Managing Director and Operations Director.
