Job Title: International Nurse Coordinator

Join Charles Taylor, a leading professional services company, as we seek an experienced International Nurse Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated nurse to provide critical care coordination services to our clients worldwide. As an International Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for responding to calls, consulting with clients and colleagues, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to calls and consult with clients and colleagues in a timely manner, adhering to triage priorities.
  • Liaise with patients, hospitals, and medical staff globally to ensure appropriate treatment.
  • Complete accurate and focused reviews and reports.
  • Keep Case Managers updated on cover decisions or reasons for no cover, including consent and disclaimers/GP checks.
  • Assess patients' fitness to return home.
  • Deal with all calls in confidence and empathy.
  • Provide safe, high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of post-registration experience.
  • NMC registered.
  • Recent experience in A&E/ICU/acute medicine settings.
  • Tenacious, enthusiastic, and motivated.
  • Confidence to make clinically sound decisions about patient care.
  • Minimum 3-month office-based training period.
