Job Title: International Nurse Coordinator

At Charles Taylor, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Nurse Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our global medical assistance business, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, evidence-based patient care to individuals around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to calls and consult with clients and colleagues in a timely manner, adhering to triage priorities.
  • Liaise with patients, hospitals, and medical staff globally to ensure appropriate treatment.
  • Complete accurate and focused reviews and reports.
  • Keep Case Managers updated on cover decisions or reasons for no cover, including consent and disclaimers/GP checks.
  • Assess when and how patients are fit to return home.
  • Deal with all calls in confidence and empathy.
  • Provide safe, high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of post-registration experience.
  • NMC registered.
  • Recent experience in A&E/ICU/acute medicine setting.
  • Tenacious, enthusiastic, and motivated.
  • Confidence to make clinically sound decisions about patient care.
  • Minimum 3-month office-based training period.
  • Potential for hybrid home and office working.
