About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at Wagamama. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and motivate your team to provide outstanding customer service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with your team members, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Monitor and control the financial performance of your restaurant, including sales, costs, and labor
  • Contribute to the development of a culture that encourages teamwork, fun, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure that all health and safety standards are met, and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members
