About the Role

We are seeking a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching. In this KS3/KS4 support role, you will have the opportunity to work with students who require additional support due to their special educational needs.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive learning environment that promotes academic achievement and personal growth. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement strategies that cater to the diverse needs of students.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. A minimum of £100 per day salary reflects the importance of this role in supporting students with SEN.

Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • Degree in Education or related field (desirable)
  • Experience working with students with SEN (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
