Job Title: Biomedical Scientist - Haematology and Blood Transfusion Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Biomedical Scientist to join our Haematology and Blood Transfusion department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality analytical testing and reporting of haematological samples.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and specialist testing of haematology and transfusion samples.
- Validate and authorize results, ensuring they are accurately reported to the requesting clinician.
- Monitor and act on Quality Control (QC) samples, addressing any issues that arise.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory analyzers.
- Provide training and supervision to Trainee Biomedical Scientists and Medical Laboratory Assistants.

Requirements:
