Senior Neonatal Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Neonatal Nurse to join our dynamic team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Neonatal Nurse, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the nursing team, ensuring high standards of patient care and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate the nursing team to ensure effective care delivery
- Develop and implement clinical policies and protocols to improve patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Provide expert leadership and mentorship to junior staff
- Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and standards
- Registered Nurse - Adult or Child Branch
- Post-registration qualification in mentorship or ENB 997/998 or equivalent
- Current NALs certificate or willingness to undertake
- Extensive clinical experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
