About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Room Manager to join our team at Daish's Holidays. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily front and back of house restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to any guest dissatisfaction, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a positive reputation for the company
  • Organise and supervise staffing for twice daily meal times, ensuring adequate coverage and maintaining high standards of service
  • Mentor new waiting staff in operational procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Greet and serve guests with food and drinks as required, maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Take customers' orders and pass them to kitchen staff or bar assistants, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
  • Work collaboratively with other staff in the dining room, effectively communicating with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Utilise active listening and effective communication skills to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike
