About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Dining Room Manager to join our team at Daish's Holidays. As a Dining Room Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating daily front and back of house restaurant operations, delivering superior service, and maximising customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Lead a team of staff to provide exceptional customer service and maximise satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently to guest dissatisfaction and resolve issues promptly
  • Organise and supervise staffing for meal times, ensuring adequate coverage
  • Mentor new staff on operational procedures and best practices
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Active listening and effective communication skills are essential for this role

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1 year of management experience, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting
