We're seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our team at Turtle Bay, where you'll be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that showcase the flavors and ingredients of the Caribbean.

In this role, you'll work closely with our chefs and kitchen staff to create menus that are both delicious and visually appealing. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and minimize waste
  • Contribute to menu development and planning, incorporating seasonal ingredients and creative flair
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest queries and feedback
