About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our production team as a Manufacturing Excellence Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational performance in their line, ensuring quality standards are maintained, and working collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous production or grading experience is not essential, but a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
