Job Title: Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager

Salary Range:

£52,000-£58,000 per annum plus package

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced quality assurance and compliance manager to join our team in Northern England or Central Scotland. As a quality assurance and compliance manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that health, safety, quality, and environmental standards are met and exceeded across the North Region.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality Management: Implement and maintain a quality management system to ensure compliance with ISO and FORS standards.
  • HSQE Standards: Ensure that HSQE standards are met and exceeded across the North Region.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on HSQE matters.
  • Incident Management: Investigate incidents and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Compliance: Maintain ISO and FORS accreditation and support internal and external audits.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance and compliance.
  • Level 3 qualification in health and safety (essential); Level 6 (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Chartered membership of a relevant professional body (desirable).
