Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Regional Quality Lead to join our team covering care homes across the North East. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, monitoring compliance with regulations, and developing strategies to maintain excellent care standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and report on quality performance indicators
* Develop and implement quality improvement plans
* Provide coaching and training to care staff on quality-related topics
* Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them

Requirements:
* Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field
* Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
