Your Role:
You will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organisation by leading technical teams who undertake design work following relevant standards and codes. You will successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes, ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards.

As a leader, you will be responsible for growing, developing, and managing mechanical engineering capability within the practice. This includes setting quality assurance standards in design and collaborating with international teams to deliver integrated design solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  2. Managing time and budgets effectively to meet project milestones

  5. Growing and developing mechanical engineering capability within the practice

Requirements:
This position requires a Chartered or Fellow Mechanical Engineer with comprehensive knowledge of mechanical equipment, including pumps, blowers, screens, and chemical dosing plant. A deep understanding of current UK design standards and working practices is essential. Additionally, excellent leadership and communication skills are necessary for successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The salary for this role is approximately £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
