Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized care and support to patients, including ward rounds, analyzing behaviors, and adapting care accordingly.
  • Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive and supportive care environment.
