Join Our Team as a Licensing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Licensing Coordinator to join our team at the CANAL+ Group. As a key member of our licensing team, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial deal-making process and managing global agents and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forge strong relationships with licensing agents and partners worldwide, sharing information and updates on brand and licensing activities.
  • Monitor industry updates and competitor activities, providing insights to support the team's pitches and presentations.
  • Coordinate contract administration, working closely with the licensing team and legal executive to ensure timely execution.
  • Provide administrative support, including diary management, travel coordination, and assistance with marketing logistics.
  • Manage customs and whitelisting processes for clients, assist with Mediabox onboarding, and resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in English.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
