Join Our Team as a Licensing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Licensing Coordinator to join our team at the CANAL+ Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for supporting the licensing team in commercial deal-making and management of global agents and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forge strong relationships with licensing agents and partners worldwide, sharing information and updates on brand and licensing activities.
  • Monitor industry updates and competitor activities, supporting the team in creating best-in-class decks for pitches and presentations.
  • Administer contracts, coordinate updates, and ensure timely execution with the licensing team and legal executive.
  • Support accounts by following up on royalty statements and payments, resolving product listing errors, and managing the customs and whitelisting process.
  • Provide administrative support, including diary and travel management, and assist the marketing team with logistics during trade shows and events.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in English.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with various work groups.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
