Catering Supervisor Role

We are seeking an accomplished Catering Supervisor to oversee our culinary and service operations in a major High Street brand. This is a full-time position, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless kitchen and service counter operations while delivering exceptional food experiences. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing teams, ensuring high standards of food quality, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising culinary and catering teams to maintain impeccable food and customer service standards
  • Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
  • Communicating regularly with line managers to monitor KPIs and targets
  • Representing Compass Group UK&I and upholding a positive brand image
  • Liaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of catering experience
  • Proven ability to manage teams and maintain high standards of food quality
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate
