Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate education professional to join our team at Fife Council. As a learning leader, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the academic and personal growth of our students.
Key Responsibilities
Lead learning within your classroom context, promoting inclusion, diversity, and equality
Communicate effectively with other stakeholders, including parents, colleagues, and support staff
Contribute to wider improvements across the school community, working collaboratively with colleagues to drive student success
Qualification and Registration Requirements
Hold high levels of interpersonal skills and abilities, enabling you to work effectively as a member of a team
Demonstrate a commitment to your own professional learning, undertaking career-long professional learning activity to enhance your practice
Obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme
Hold full General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCS) registration, with the relevant sector and subject specialism
