We are seeking a dedicated and passionate education professional to join our team at Fife Council. As a learning leader, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the academic and personal growth of all students.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead learning within your classroom context, promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion.

• Communicate effectively with other stakeholders, including parents, colleagues, and school administrators.

• Contribute to wider improvements across the school community, driving positive outcomes for all students.

Qualification and Registration Requirements

• Hold high levels of interpersonal skills and abilities, enabling you to work effectively as a member of a team.

• Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional learning, applying your knowledge and skills to improve student outcomes.

• Obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.

• Hold full General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCS) registration, with qualifications in Primary or Secondary education.
