We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our expanding team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality building surveying services, with a focus on commercial, healthcare, education, defence, residential, and community projects.

As a Senior Building Surveyor at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD, you will be responsible for managing a variety of projects from inception to completion, liaising with team members and clients as necessary. You will also have autonomy to develop business and deliver services in different sectors, including commercial, healthcare, residential block management, and defence.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or master's in Building Surveying, 2 years' PQE experience, and be MRICS or MAPM qualified. They will have a strong understanding of client expectations, including their aims for the development of the brief. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential for this role.

The salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
