M&E Multi Skilled Engineers – Cambridge Opportunity

A leading Building Services Company based in Cambridge is seeking a highly skilled M&E Maintenance Engineer to join their team. As a multi-skilled engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical work.

The company offers a competitive salary of £47,000 + overtime pay, as well as a range of benefits, including pension scheme, travel card, and first-class training. The successful candidate will also have opportunities for career progression within the company.

The role involves working on a single-person site, responsible for all landlord services. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
  2. Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks
  3. All Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS, and lighting systems.
  4. Will be required to carry duties on toilets, drainage, tiling, and sinks.
  5. Lamp changes
  6. Ballast changes
  7. Emergency light testing
Required skills and qualifications include City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation, City and Guilds Mechanical Qualifications, and commercial building maintenance experience.
