The role of Adoption Caseworker requires a skilled professional to work with children and families, providing support and guidance throughout the adoption process.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our client's team and make a real difference in the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with children and families to provide emotional support and guidance throughout the adoption process

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders to achieve shared goals

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify the needs of children and families

• Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of children and families

Requirements:

• A degree in Social Work or a related field

• Proven experience working with children and families

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
