Our client, a renowned provider of equipment and training, is seeking a highly skilled Office Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. This exciting opportunity is based in-office, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary ranging from £23,000 to £26,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Front Desk Reception: Provide exceptional customer service, managing all incoming communications with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  2. Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to general inquiries and customer questions via phone and email, demonstrating strong communication skills.
  3. Order Processing: Efficiently handle bookings and orders from initial quote to final certification, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  4. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, utilizing databases or Sage (training provided).
  5. Administrative Tasks: Organize business travel, manage mail, oversee filing systems, and coordinate room, car, key, and stationery bookings.
  6. Tech-Savviness: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with databases or Sage is advantageous, but comprehensive training will be provided.
  7. Effective Communication: Collaborate as a strong team player, showcasing a clear, friendly telephone manner.
