Charge Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Charge Nurse to join our team at a leading low secure hospital in Ayr, Scotland.
As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for planning the nursing staff roster, monitoring patients, and administering medication in accordance with company policy.
You will also be responsible for mentoring and training new staff, providing support and guidance to all staff members, and maintaining inventories of medical supplies and medicines.
The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in quality service delivery and development, with experience working in inpatient mental health settings.
