Employment Type:
- Flexible scheduling available, up to 50 hours weekly
- Compensation up to £40,000 annually + TRONC

As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef in a dynamic and ambitious establishment that aims to expand throughout the Cotswolds and beyond.
At The Ebrington Collection, our culinary focus includes sharing premium cuts of meat and whole fish, expertly prepared over open flames and in the Josper grill. We also offer a creative bar snack menu that celebrates British ingredients and traditional pub fare. This position is perfect for a driven Chef eager to advance their career within our organization.

Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local, high-quality suppliers
- Manage stock control and inventory processes
- Ensure daily kitchen operations run smoothly, including mentoring junior staff
- Promote a culture of teamwork and respect among all kitchen personnel
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Maintain kitchen equipment in a safe and effective manner
- Deliver consistent service in a clean and professional kitchen environment
Qualifications and Key Attributes:
- Proficient in English communication
- Prior experience in a Sous Chef position or higher
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Health and Safety and Food Hygiene certifications (minimum level 2)
