Rugby Borough Council: Corporate Financial Services Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Corporate Financial Services Manager to join our team. As the Deputy Section 151 Officer, technical lead, and key contributor to our Transformation Agenda, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and productivity improvements.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate financial services, preferably in Local Government, and be fully qualified as a member of one of the five accountancy institutes. You will also have experience with financial management systems, local government accounting, and current legislation.

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with our Chief Officer Finance & Performance to develop and implement financial strategies that support the delivery of our service transformation agenda. Your ability to innovate and lead in the transformation of service delivery will be essential in achieving our goals.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and forward-thinking finance professional to make a real impact at Rugby Borough Council. The estimated salary for this role is £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience.
