Assistant Showroom Manager - Luxury Retail

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our luxury retail team in Notting Hill, London. As an Assistant Showroom Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our high-end store.

The Role:
  • Assist the Showroom Manager in the management of a small team to deliver excellent customer service and maximise sales.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations and running of the store, ensuring a world-class shopping experience for every customer.
  • Be an ambassador for the brand, exciting customers and instilling passion for the brand within the customer base and the team.
  • General management of the store in the absence of the Showroom Manager.
  • Actively implement and follow our required procedures, standards, and policies.
The Person:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager or Supervisor with a background in luxury retail. You will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced environment. You will be an ambassador for the brand and have a passion for delivering a world-class shopping experience.
