About the Role
Harrow Council is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join its Senior Leadership Team as a Business Support Leader. This is a permanent, full-time position, working 36 hours per week, with a salary range of £77,667-£85,473.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic support to the Senior Leadership Team, identifying and enabling priorities and actions to drive business growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement effective business processes and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a strong understanding of business operations and strategy. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
