Telesales Executive Job Description

Location: Nottingham (office based)

The Role

This is an office-based telesales role working as part of a dynamic and sociable team. Office hours are 8am-5pm.

  1. You will be responsible for speaking to clients over the phone, building relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
  2. You will be tasked with making calls from the company's CRM system, approaching small to medium-sized customers selling service contracts.
  3. This is an entry/early career role where the Telesales Executive will benefit from full training.
  4. You will use your relationship-building skills to develop relationships with decision-makers who are typically business owners/managers.
  5. You will be provided with customer details via a CRM which you will use to help organise and update accordingly.

This is a fantastic opportunity where the Telesales Executive can learn the ropes and work towards a promotion into field sales, Key Account, and/or national accounts (if they wish to do so). Requirements
  1. Telephone sales experience is advantageous.
  2. Our client will also consider customer service backgrounds, retail, hospitality, automotive sales, or B2C (customer engagement backgrounds).
  3. You must have an excellent telephone manner.
Package
  1. £25,000 - £28,000
  2. £10,000 uncapped - paid monthly
  3. 24 days holiday plus stats
