Nursery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Manager to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for creating a safe, educational, and fun environment for the children in our care.
You will work closely with our team to develop and implement engaging activities, ensure the children's safety and well-being, and maintain a high standard of care and education.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement age-appropriate programs of activities and events
- Monitor and maintain the nursery budget
- Conduct interviews for potential applicants
- Develop and implement marketing materials
- Ensure the nursery is prepared for Ofsted inspections
A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification is required. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, creativity, and a positive outlook.
As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff, so you will need to have strong leadership and management skills.
