Nursery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Manager to join our team at Connexzia. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will be responsible for creating a safe, educational, and fun environment for our children. Your primary role will be to supervise children, ensure their safety, and organize activities that promote learning and development.
As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an age-appropriate program of annual events and activities. You will also be responsible for preparing the nursery for Ofsted inspections and following inspector recommendations.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, creative skills, and a positive outlook. You will be responsible for conducting interviews, developing and maintaining the nursery budget, and arranging marketing materials.

Requirements- A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification

- Ability to update parents and carers about their child's progress and behaviour
