Reinsurance Cover Note Administrator

At The Recruiter Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Reinsurance Recoveries Technician to join our team. As a key member of our reinsurance operations, you will be responsible for administering reinsurance cover notes, calculating collectibles, and producing bordereaux for accounts. You will also play a critical role in meeting deadlines, responding to reinsurers' queries, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent communication and organizational skills. If you have intermediate Excel and Word skills, and experience working with Lloyd's syndicates, we want to hear from you
We offer a competitive salary package and an excellent working environment. The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
- Cover note administration and reinsurance recoveries for Excess of loss.
- Calculate and issue reinsurance collection notes, and monitor compliance.
- Produce Risk and Claim bordereaux to support reinsurance accounts.
- Meet deadlines and respond to reinsurers' queries in a timely manner.
- Rewnewal presentation information, management information, and project work.
- Review and update procedure manuals, and advise customers on insurance and risk matters.
- Intermediate Excel and Word skills.
- Desirable experience with a Lloyd's syndicate.
