About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Administrator to join our team at Goldsmiths, a leading luxury watch and jewellery retailer.

As an Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our showroom, providing administrative support to the Showroom Manager and assisting with sales floor duties when required.

You will have the opportunity to develop and continually update your product knowledge and jewellery expertise, sharing your passion with clients and colleagues alike.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Supporting the Showroom Manager with daily operations and sales floor activities
  • Developing and maintaining product knowledge and jewellery expertise

About You

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for luxury watches and jewellery, with a desire to learn and develop your knowledge
