About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graduate Performance Officer to join our Strategic Infrastructure team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising project teams on risk, contract terms, and cost effectiveness. You will also be involved in contract review meetings, monitoring and reporting contract performance, and completing contract management elements such as attending tender events and certifying payment applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise project teams on risk, contract terms, and cost effectiveness
  • Lead contract review meetings and monitor contract performance
  • Complete contract management elements such as attending tender events and certifying payment applications
  • Engage with subject matter experts to learn more about the risks they need supported in relation to their contracts and budget

Our Graduate Programme

As a graduate on our programme, you will have a tailored development pathway to support you as you develop a wide range of leadership, business, and technical skills. You will attend in-person and virtual development sessions throughout your programme to equip you with the essential skills required to succeed in your role.

What You'll Need to Apply

To be eligible for this role, you will need to have a minimum 2:2 in any Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Contract Management, Procurement, Mathematics, or Science-related degree. You will also need to have a full valid UK driving license and be able to travel to our site locations as required.

We offer a competitive starting salary of £34,895, a £2,000 bonus once you join and start on the programme, and up to £200 per month accommodation allowance as you move around the business.
