We are seeking a talented Graduate Building Surveyor to join our Glasgow office. As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced team and contribute to the delivery of building surveying services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Building Surveyors in the delivery of building surveying services, including surveys, dilapidation advice, party wall advice, and construction projects.
  • Prepare feasibility studies, cost plans, submissions for planning and building regulation approvals, and tender documentation.
  • Evaluate and report on tenders, administer construction contracts, and undertake surveys.
  • Prepare reports for customers, undertake party wall surveyor duties, and provide dilapidations advice.
  • Ensure that all quantitative and financial information has been independently checked before issue.

About You:

  • You should have graduated or will be receiving your degree qualification before August 2025.
  • You should have good ICT skills, with an elevated level of ability in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
