Join Our Team as a Graduate Building Surveyor

We're seeking ambitious and driven Graduates to join our team as Graduate Building Surveyors in our Glasgow offices. As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you'll have the opportunity to work with our experienced team, gain valuable skills, and progress towards becoming a fully-accredited member of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Building Surveyors in the delivery of building surveying services, including surveys, dilapidation advice, party wall advice, and construction projects.
  • Prepare feasibility studies, cost plans, submissions for planning and building regulation approvals, tender documentation, and manage the tender process.
  • Evaluate and report on tenders, administer construction contracts, undertake surveys, and quality monitor major construction projects.
  • Successfully complete the Gleeds internal APC preparation programme and self-development training in readiness for attaining Chartered status (RICS).
Requirements:
  • Graduated or will be receiving a degree qualification before August 2025.
  • Good ICT skills, with an elevated level of ability in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
