A leading charity recruitment specialist is seeking an experienced professional to drive the growth and development of its network of over 31,000 Fellows.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for promoting Fellowship internally and externally through events, presentations, and digital recruitment campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual and team recruitment targets by recruiting suitable individuals for Fellowship through various channels.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to bring in new Fellows, particularly through internal and external events, engagement opportunities, and digital campaigns.
  • Act as a point of contact for prospective Fellows, communicating the value of the organisation's Fellowship to different audiences.
  • Coordinate and deliver webinars and events to showcase the Fellowship and encourage applications.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to track and monitor Fellowship recruitment, informing decisions on priorities and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate across multiple platforms to coordinate Fellows and team administration, ensuring a positive and effective Fellowship experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in persuasive communication and public speaking, with a track record of achieving targets in sales, marketing, or campaigns.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to engage new people effectively at events.
  • Ability to think creatively and identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Proficient in a range of IT systems, with confidence in learning new technologies.
