Reactive Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Newry. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering cost management services across various projects in the healthcare, residential, commercial, industrial, public realm, and mixed-use sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on construction costs
- Managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring timely project delivery
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve project objectives
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Degree in Quantity Surveying
* MRICS qualification, although not essential
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a similar role and from within a client side or cost consultancy environment
* Strong track record of delivering cost management/quantity surveying services across a range of projects
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* UK Driving Licence and ability to travel to site when required
