Quantity Surveying Team Lead

This is a permanent position that offers an excellent overall package. You will work in a position that provides genuine career progression opportunities. Your main duties will include ensuring the financial delivery of projects by controlling costs, project programmes, site layouts, weekly cost reports, site records, progressing monthly valuations, and managing variations and change orders.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a 3rd Level Degree in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 5+ years' experience or NVQ Level 5 in Plumbing or a relevant construction degree with extensive site experience. Knowledge of JCT and NEC Forms of Contract is essential. Additionally, you should have experience in financial planning and control of mechanical projects, as well as the ability to manage multiple contracts from inception to final account stage. A UK Driving Licence, CSR card or equivalent H&S card for site is desirable.
