Quantity Surveyor Newry £35,000 plus A specialist building contractor operating throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland is looking to grow their team by hiring a Quantity Surveyor. This full-time role requires a Monday to Friday commitment, with 1-2 days based at the head office and the rest spent on-site. Key Responsibilities: Estimating and preparing costs for Bills of Quantities (B.O.Q.) and project schedules. Conducting detailed measurements and take-offs for project requirements. Coordinating and compiling tender documentation for submission. Performing on-site remeasurements to verify quantities. Calculating and presenting project variations to the design team for approval. Preparing monthly valuations and finalizing account settlements. Qualifications and Experience: Degree-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field. At least 4 years of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor. A valid full driving license.
